1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 We, Andrew Chislett Photography Proprietary Limited, a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, ("we" or "us") are the "responsible party" for purposes of applicable data protection legislation in respect of all your Personal Information that you submit to us via the website: https://www.andrewchislettphotography.com ("Website") and/or that may be collected by us through any correspondence and/or communication with you. Please note paragraph 9 below as it deals with Personal Information you submit to third parties.

1.2 This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any Personal Information that we collect about you, or that you provide to us, will be used, stored and processed by us.

1.3 You agree to your Personal Information being collected, used and disclosed in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

1.4 The primary purpose of the Website is to provide you with information regarding the services provided by us to our clients.

4.1 Where you have indicated that you would like to receive newsletter(s) from us, we may send email alerts and bulletins to inform you about our services.

4.2 You can also unsubscribe from receiving electronic marketing messages by following the "unsubscribe" instructions included in our communication.
